学校周一至周五晚上 0:30 会“断网”，其实不是真的断网，而是封 80 端口。所以 MWAN3 要配置一下，不走校园网。
新建一个 rule，命名 http，Destination port 设为 80，Protocol 设为 tcp。
然后我写了一个脚本

[ $1 ] || exit 1

uci set mwan3.http.use_policy="$1"
uci commit

mwan3 restart &

再配合 cron
28 0 * * 1-5 /lib/mwan3/http_policy.sh wan2_only
0 7 * * * /lib/mwan3/http_policy.sh balanced
